Hello, I have a friend that is going to be visiting me and my mom if she were to stay one night would they make us pay for another person?

Hello, Celina! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How exciting that you’re embarking on a mother/ daughter visit to Walt Disney World Resort! I was able to take my mom for her first visit several years ago, and it was just about equal joy to see her reactions to the spectacular attractions, shows and experiences as it was to watch my young daughter experience them for the first time as well.

Staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel will only add to the Magic, too! You just can’t beat the benefits, ease and convenience of never having to leave the Walt Disney World Resort property.

As is standard practice throughout the hotel industry, Walt Disney World Resort hotels do have an additional per night charge for more than two adult Guests (18 and older) in a single room. That price is different for the Value, Moderate and Deluxe Resorts, though, so without knowing where you’ll be staying, I can’t give you a definitive price. I would recommend calling the “Disney Resort Hotel Reservations” helpline to speak with a Cast Member. They’ll be able to give you a price and let you know how to work that out if it’s only for one night of your reservation.

Enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Celina! We’ll see you real soon.
