I had a friend tell me on her cruise this spring that she saw people checking in cases of water with a luggage tag. Is this allowed?

    Ahoy, Melissa!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your cruise is just days away, so I know you are thinking happy vacation thoughts as you count down the final days until your magical departure! I called Disney Cruise Line about your question, and they informed me that the porters are not suppose to take the cases of water with luggage tags on them. The policy is that any water brought aboard should be packed in carry-on luggage and should be sealed in its original container. There is water onboard at the 24-hour drink station that tastes great, so this is another option for you. I drink primarily water and bring along an insulated cup and fill up throughout the day at the station on the pool deck. For sanitary reasons, I do use the disposable cups provided by Disney. Bottled water packages can be purchased in the Gift and Amenities section of the Disney Cruise Line website or once aboard.
Best wishes for a wondrous vacation on the high seas, Melissa!
