    Hello, my friend and I will be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter next month (May). We have dining reservations in other hotels (Grand Floridian/Yacht Club Resort). What's the best way to get to those resorts from our hotel?

    Hooray for a May trip to Walt Disney World!

    From Port Orleans French Quarter, you will need to travel to a park or Disney Springs and then transfer to the Grand Floridian and the Yacht Club. For the Grand Floridian, Magic Kingdom is the closest park. For Yacht Club, Disney's Hollywood Studios is the closest. While Epcot is next door to Yacht and Beach Club, you are dropped at the front entrance of the park and would have to walk all the way through to get to these resorts. Of course, if you head to Disney Springs, you could transfer to a bus that will take you directly to these resorts. Your return is in reverse.

    Generally, when we eat at a resort, we tour the park that is next door to take a break from the crowds as well as making our transportation simpler.
