It sounds like your friend may have created a profile for you in his My Disney Experience account so he could add your name to the resort reservation. Since you already have your own My Disney Experience account, there are now two profiles for the same person. Let's see if I can help you merge the profiles so you no longer have a clone!
Have your friend go to his
Family & Friends List on the
My Disney Experience website. Next to your name, there should be a blue "Update" link. Clicking the link will bring up a box; in the upper right corner of the box click on "Share Planning with (name)". Your friend will be able to enter the email address associated with your account, and you'll receive an invitation to connect. Once you accept, the reservations and plans he has made for you should migrate to your account. To do this via the
My Disney Experience mobile app instead, have your friend select your name on his Family & Friends List and then select either "Scan Linking Code" or "Send Email". To generate your linking code, go to your profile in your account. (Use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen and scroll down below the tiles.) Your friend can then either scan your linking code with his device or enter the code manually.
