Hi Krysten,
Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for asking us another question!
I’m a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder too, and one of the biggest reasons why I purchased my first Annual Pass several decades ago was because of the pretty sweet
Special Offers that Passholders can get for stays at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
My plans can sometimes change pretty dramatically, so I totally understand why you’re wondering about the cancellation policy for your upcoming trip… although I’d be so upset to hear that you had to cancel your big birthday trip this February! If you do, however, don’t worry! Typically, for a Room-Only reservation, you can cancel your plans up to 5 days in advance and still receive a full refund. If you cancel after that time, the deposit you paid (the cost of one night) will unfortunately be non-refundable. That said, please look at the email confirmation you received when you booked your stay to make sure that your reservation doesn't have a special cancellation policy because it was booked with a Special Offer.
I really hope that you don’t have to cancel your plans this February! If you have any questions about your big birthday blowout, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us. After all, something from the
Enchanting Extras Collection might be just the thing to really celebrate, and we can definitely help you narrow down your choices.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
