A friend of mine is going to be going to Disney with her young boys in a couple of weeks. I remember a couple of years ago they had special park hours for pre-school children. Do you know if they still offer this at certain times? Thanks!

The program you are remembering was called Magical Beginnings. It featured special character greetings and special hours for families with preschool age children. This program has been discontinued and we have not heard any news about it being reinstated in the foreseeable future.

But regardless of special programs, Disney World is still a fabulous place to take little ones. There is kid-friendly food at nearly every restaurant, many with Disney characters. There are plenty of rides and attractions that are perfect for preschoolers. And several of the resorts have themes to make a child's dreams come true.

I hope your friend has a wonderful time at WDW.
