    Hi there! A friend of mine is suddenly unable to go to the parks due to health concerns. Can she transfer her tickets to me for use at a later date?

    Hi Mary and welcome to planDisney! I’m so sorry to hear that your friend is unable to visit due to health concerns. I’m happy to help you with those theme park tickets. 

    Any unused ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account can easily be reassigned. To do so, log onto your account, search for “Tickets and Passes” and select your friend’s ticket. When you select it, you will see the option “Reassign Ticket.” Click on that option and go ahead an reassign the ticket to another guest in your party. 

    When you are ready to use that ticket on a later date, all you need to do is make a new Disney Park Pass Reservation for the date and theme park you would like to visit, and you will be good to go!
