Rocio from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We have a friend that gave us two tickets with each of their names on the ticket for us to use to me and my husband. Can I use the tickets even if their names are on them?

Welcome to planDisney, Rocio! In less than a week you will be enjoying your magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort! I'm happy to help you today.

There are a couple of ways you can change the name on those unused theme park tickets. You can always call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 before your visit to change those names or, when you arrive at the turnstiles to enter the park, the Cast Member will take pictures of everyone in your party and assign a ticket to each of you. As long as the tickets are unused, you are free to use them! If those tickets have been used by your friends, they have already been assigned to them and you will not be able to use them.

Don't forget to make your theme park reservations for next week's visit. It’s a really easy step we all need to take before we can enjoy a day at the theme parks!

Rocio, thanks for sending us your question. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
