My friend and I are cruising on the Wonder for the first time in May. We have booked a few excursions and were wondering if we can take food from the ship such as fruit and cookies with us?

Hi Rachael, welcome aboard! Congratulations on your upcoming cruise on the Disney Wonder! You must be very excited that you'll be setting sail in just a few short weeks!

Disney Cruise Line recommends that you not bring any food from the ship to shore unless it is pre-packaged. Fruit is one of those items that is definitely not allowed to be taken ashore due to customs and other regulations. My family has brought little packaged snacks with us onboard before and then thrown a few of those in our day bags when going ashore or on Port Adventures. As long as the snacks are pre-packaged and unopened, you can bring a few snacks onboard with you. It might be worth packing a box or two of snacks like granola bars, cookies or crackers in your carry-on bag to have available for snacking while you wait in the cruise terminal before boarding the ship that first day and also to take on Port Adventures.

I hope that helps as you continue to plan your Wonder cruise, Rachael! Let me know if I can help with anything else!
