Joining DVC was a decision that our family has never regretted, and an in-person presentation while we were on a
Walt Disney World vacation really helped us make the choice. The Sales Guide we worked with was informative and patient, and answered our (many) questions without ever making us feel pressured. The information we received was just what we needed to take the plunge!
Your pal should be able to reschedule her time with a DVC guide with no problem. She can inquire at any DVC kiosk in the Resort Hotels, the theme parks, or
Disney Springs. The Cast Members in all of these locations are super knowledgeable and can get her set up in no time, as well as answer any questions prior to her scheduled time. Guests who are not Disney Vacation Club Members, who are staying on property, and who have not attended a DVC presentation in the past six months are usually able to receive a Disney Gift Card for their time. This offer is subject to change, but she can confirm this when she rebooks her presentation.

This is always a must when you're getting ready for a Disney adventure - you'll find all sorts of special offers that you can enjoy during your trip.
