We are frequent customers--visited at least 7 times in the past 6 yrs. How can I get promotional emails from Disney World for my upcoming trip in Dec 2012?

Hi Allyson, Since you're a frequent guest, I'm guessing that you do get occasional emails from Disney (and if you're not, simply order the free promotional planning video and you will), but what I'm guessing you're after is those super cool emails that include PIN codes for discounted rooms. From what I have extrapolated from my own personal experience, here's the scoop: The reason that you're not getting PIN code emails is that you are a frequent customer. They know you're coming back; they don't need to entice you with special deals. The special offer emails seem (to me) to go to people who have registered and poked around on the Disney website, but not booked at trip. I have several email addresses that I use for different purposes. On my main email address that I use for most of my Disney correspondence and booking, I never get special offer emails. They know I'm hooked. On a different, rarely used, email address, I get PIN code offers with some regularity. The computer thinks that version of me is interested in Disney, but needs a special push to get there. So, my suggestion is to create a few email accounts, order the planning DVD from them and see what happens. If all that seems too complicated and confusing (because it is) you should know that there are plenty of other places to go for information on Disney promotions and special offers. I often look at independent websites which focus on saving at Disney. My favorite is mousesavers.com. If a discount exists, they'll know about it. Good luck with your planning.
