French Quarter is my favorite resort but it's usually never available WTH Abby specials. 2 years ago I started at Pop and loved it. Do you think now that the skyliners are there that it's going to be a lot busier

Hey, Staci! Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is also one of my favorite resorts! I love the small size and quaint feel of the resort. In the evening, we appreciate having the Sassagoula River Cruise available to take us downriver to dinner in Disney Springs. My daughters' favorite reason to stay at this resort, of course, is found right at Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory - the beignets! I encourage you to take a look at the Special Offers as they come out for next year. I have had luck recently with booking a room-only discount and an Annual Passholder-exclusive offer at this Disney Resort Hotel. It is true that for many years, discounts at that specific resort were few and far between, but it has been included lately. Keep an eye on the Special Offers page, particularly at the beginning of the year, to see if the wish your heart makes may come true!

Disney's Pop Century Resort is a frequent pick of mine and I look forward to a trip there this fall to hop a flight on the Disney Skyliner. I can certainly understand your worry as many guests are looking to enjoy this new transportation option. However, I have stayed at that resort many times when it is completely full and had a fantastic time. I have noticed the room rate at this resort, as well as the others serviced by the Disney Skyliner have increased a tad. You may want to price out the difference between your two preferred resorts, especially once the Special Offers for may are out, and see what the difference between the two per night will be. It may be worth it to upgrade resorts if it is a small price difference. Honestly, there would have to be a great deal offered to lure me away from the POPtastic new transportation option!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question and please let us know if you have any others as you continue to plan your next pixie-dusted adventure!
