Is the French onion soup at Be Our Guest a snack credit?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tiffany!

Enjoying a meal at Be Our Guest Restaurant is a special experience!  This dining location has one of the most unique atmospheres of any restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort.  You'll feel like you just stepped into Beast's enchanted castle!  From the spooky West Wing to the peaceful Castle Gallery, this restaurant is like an attraction unto itself.  I love dining in the Grand Ballroom while watching the snow falling softly outside the windows.

Lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant is Quick-Service.  At this time, the French Onion Soup is not eligible as a Snack on the Disney Dining Plan.  You may order soup as an add-on to your meal or separately and pay out of pocket, or you may choose the French Onion Soup as your entree when redeeming a Quick-Service meal entitlement.

Dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant is a 3-course, prix fixe dining experience that includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert.  The French Onion Soup is included as one of the appetizer selections.  For Guests using a Disney Dining Plan, this location requires 2 Table-Service entitlements.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  Bon Appetit!
