Is the french onion soup at BOG a snack credit?

Hi, Man Fai! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing this delicious question to us! There are so many delicious offerings at Be Our Guest Restaurant. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes! While we have had a chance to sample just about every entrée at this beautiful dining location, there is one menu item that I must order each time - the Potato Leek Soup. To me, it is never second best! However, one of my friends cannot believe that I would dine at this restaurant and not order the French Onion Soup. Ooh la la!

Whichever soup you find most magical, you are welcome to be our guest and put the soup to the test with your Disney Dining Plan snack credits. My daughter and I just dined at Be Our Guest this past weekend and I spoke with a Cast Member there about upcoming enhancements to the dinner service this summer. I did note that both of the soups remain as snack credit eligible during lunch service. When you visit dining locations at the theme parks, Disney Springs, and Resort hotels, you will notice a purple and white Disney Dining Plan logo next to certain menu items. This is an indication that the item is snack credit eligible. You will be surprised how many food and drink items have that lovely logo next to it!

Thanks again for stopping by to chat with us today. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
