what free tours are available at wdw?

    Hi there, Faith!

There are a few free tours available at some of the Walt Disney World resort hotels. These tours are open to anyone - you don't have to be staying at the resort to participate. You will want to check at the resort front desk for times and days, as this can vary and change.

Usually beginning at 4:00 PM each day, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge offers a culinary tour of restaurants Jiko - The Cooking Place and Boma - Flavors of Africa. You'll go behind the scenes as the restaurants set up dinner service, and you'll get to sample some of the amazing cuisine offered at the restaurants.

Over at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, they offer a Wonders of the Wilderness Lodge tour. This one is usually an hour long tour in the morning, and explores the many beautiful features of the Lodge.

Learn about the inspiration and the architecture in a 45 minute morning tour at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Usually kicking off at about 9 AM, the Boardwalk Ballyhoo tour will take you around the resort and explore the stunning turn of the century style theme.

There are sometimes a few others offered. You can usually ask the concierge at your hotel to advise you as to what might be available during your stay.

    Have a wonderful time, Faith!
