Do I have free tickets to Epcot Center

Hiya, Rosendo! Thanks for stopping by planDisney today. It looks like you've just arrived at Walt Disney World Resort, so I hope your vacation is off to a magical start. EPCOT has become one of my favorite destinations, so let's look at ways to check your admission to see if you'll be able to breeze around the World Showcase while you're here.

To view your ticket type, open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the three lines in the lower right of your screen. Next, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile to swipe through your tickets.

If your ticket says that it has the Park Hopper Option, then you have admission to all four theme parks...on the same day! So, if you've started your itinerary at Magic Kingdom Park, you can hop over to EPCOT via the monorail at no additional cost. That's a practically perfect deal! Once inside the park, you can access all the attractions and areas, including the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. It's the holly-jolliest festival around!

To double-check your admission, you can head back to the Welcome screen in your mobile app and scroll near the bottom to the "Help & Feedback" section to open the Chat With Us window. A Cast Member will ask for your account credentials to check your ticket. You can also stop by any Guest Relations location inside the theme parks or call the Existing Tickets line for help.

Rosendo, I wish I could peer into a magical mirror to see precisely what parks you have access to, but I hope I've given you some steps to take to get your answers. Have a fabulous time while you're here, and stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
