Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the boat?

Welcome aboard, Sharon! If you're asking about a shuttle from the airport to the ship, you must be getting ready to set sail on a magical adventure at sea with Disney Cruise Line! I'm super excited for you to experience all the wonder of cruising with Captain Mickey and his crew! Sailing with Disney offers something for everyone, so it's truly the perfect vacation for each member of the family!

You didn't mention which ship or which departure port, but the good news is that no matter from which departure port you'll be sailing, Disney does offer optional ground transfers from the airport (and any partner resorts in that city) to the cruise port. There is an additional cost to the ground transfers of $35 per person each way from the Orlando International Airport to or from Port Canaveral (or from the Walt Disney World Resorts to or from the port). Other departure ports have different ground transfer costs, but they do offer them in each, so it's super convenient. My family and I let Disney do the driving each time we set sail, as they take care of all the details. If you're sailing from Port Canaveral, you'll even receive luggage tags that you can attach at your home airport, and then Disney will take your bags right from the airplane, so you don't even have to go to baggage claim. Your bags will magically appear at your stateroom door later that day, while you simply hop onboard the motorcoach for the hour long drive to Port Canaveral and enjoy the Disney video programming along the way. Before you know it, you'll be driving over that last bridge to Port Canaveral and catching the first glimpse of your ship waiting for you!

You can add the ground transfers through your travel agent or by calling Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532. Have such fun planning your trip, Sharon!
