Can I still use my free parking from my Disney seasonal pass even if I am blocked out from the park?

    Seasons greetings, Ann!

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by to discuss the perks of your Annual Pass. I'd be happy to review self-parking rules today. Let's get rolling!

If you plan to visit the parks on a date when your Annual Pass is blocked, per the Walt Disney World Annual Pass Terms & Conditions, a self-parking fee will apply. While some Guests have reported that Cast Members occasionally waive the fee on blocked days as a little extra pixie dust, this isn't guaranteed. I recommend you prepare to pay and consider anything else a sprinkle of holiday magic!

If you're planning a visit when your Annual Pass won't cover park entry, consider upgrading your pass to one with fewer blockout dates; this can be done easily in the My Disney Experience mobile app or at a theme park ticketing window. Otherwise, you can explore options for regular theme park tickets. There are currently some fantastic Florida Resident ticket deals shown here, so it's worth looking!

Thanks again for visiting planDisney, Ann. As you await your very merry adventure, stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and our Instagram account to keep up with this year's festive seasonal offerings. Please reach out if there's anything we can help with. Best wishes for the jolliest holiday, and we look forward to welcoming you "home" soon.

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
