You are asking the same question that I am dying to know. I am in the process of planning an early fall trip to Disney World, and would love to take advantage of the fantastic Free Dining promotion that Disney has offered for a number of years now.
As of right now, there has been no official announcement if the promotion will return. I have heard of some guests receiving a mailer with a special pin code that has offered free dining, however there has been no offer to the public. My guess would be, based on history and its extreme popularity, that the free dining promotion will return at some time this year, If history repeats itself, it is often announced in the spring and typically includes travel dates from late August through sometime in October. Of course right now this is all a guess and could always change. Your best bet is to continue to check at

www.allears.net for any official announcement.
Don't forget, the promotion is extremely popular and many dates and resorts book early. Therefore if the promotion is announced, I would make reservations as quickly as possible. Good luck to both of us!
