I see the free dining has been extended. However, we arrive on October 17 to October 23 and this is one of the "black out" dates. Does that mean it is a much busier time and that is why they have excluded this week?

    Dawn,

Disney has all sorts of reasons for why select times are included, and others are not. The fact is, the time that you are coming in October should still be a very good time to visit, with regards to crowd sizes. I would not let it worry you that they have blacked out that time. You should still enjoy some very moderate crowd sizes!

    Have a magical vacation!
