My fourth grade grandson will miss some school for his upcoming visit Disney World. Does Disney offer any worksheets/learning activities/materials (perhaps park related), that can be done during his visit, and turned in when he returns to school?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rick!

As a mom of four, I've had varying experiences with schoolwork when it comes to vacation.  Some teachers have sent my children with regular classroom assignments to complete, and others have encouraged my children to soak up the many educational aspects of a visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  I recommend checking with your grandson's teacher, as he or she may already have assignments planned for him to complete while he is absent from school.

There are so many valuable learning opportunities at Walt Disney World Resort!

These are just of few of many, many learning opportunities.  While I am not aware of worksheets offered at Walt Disney World, your grandson can do a write-up or show-and-tell of his experiences.  If you are looking for more formal learning materials, a quick internet search will turn up some resources, including homeschooling materials and lesson plans offered through websites such as Teachers Pay Teachers.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.  Have a wonderful visit with your grandson!
