Welcome to
planDisney, Samantha! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question about
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground!
My family always visits the Fort with our two dogs. Bruno and Buster love it there! I'm happy to report that you are permitted to have a maximum of four dogs per RV site (subject to a nightly fee). The
pet policy states that pets must be confined in the interior of your climate-controlled camper or kept on a leash at all times when outside. Pets are not permitted in tents or pop-up campers.
There are so many great activities to do at the Fort. Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long is always a fun time and my girls love splashing around at the pool. A golf cart is the best way to get around, too! You can reserve a golf cart before your visit by
calling the golf cart rental office directly.
The
Electrical Water Pageant is also a fun activity at the end of the day. You can see the twinkling lights from the Fort Wilderness dock every night around 9 p.m.
Samantha, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your trip. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always
our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
