I have 2 four day park hopper passes that I purchased in 2004.When I log into my account it says I have 2 days left on the passes. How can i confirm that this is correct?

    Hi Louise,

Welcome to planDisney! Having Disney days left on an old theme park ticket feels like finding buried treasure, doesn't it? It's so exciting to think that you'll be able to make more magical memories with a ticket you purchased more than 15 years ago!

Years ago, it was possible to purchase a No Expiration Option ticket, meaning that there is no time limit as to when you can use the tickets. I still have a few of these awesome tickets for my children in my account, and I just took a peek at them for you. If your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should see that they state that the No Expiration Option is included, along with how many days are remaining on the tickets. One additional way to confirm that the tickets are usable is if you were able to make Disney Park Pass reservations. Are you all set with those? If you see the tickets in your account and were able to make reservations, you should be good to go! If your tickets aren't linked to your account, something doesn't quite seem right, or you weren't able to make Disney Park Pass reservations, I'd encourage you to call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 for assistance. They'll be able to access your account and help you with your specific tickets.

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Louise. I hope you really do have some magic left in those old tickets and can enjoy some of the same experiences that brought you joy during your last visit and discover new favorites! I'm sending pixie dust that you have a truly incredible vacation!
