Hi there, Ashley!
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is like an escape to Africa right there in the middle of
Walt Disney World. With beautiful pools and the amazing animal program, it's really a great resort to spend some time in.
Children age two and under do not count towards the maximum occupancy of a resort room. Everyone over the age of two has to be counted toward that maximum occupancy number. If you look at the maximum occupancy for the
1-bedroom villa at Kidani, you'll see that you can have no more than five guests in the room. Because you have six, it won't let you book the room.
Even if the children can fit comfortably in the king size bed, the occupancy rules are pretty strict. They are in place for the safety and comfort of all Walt Disney World guests.
You can look at bumping up to a 2-bedroom at Kidani, which would give you plenty of space for everyone. Also, there are options at other resorts for a family of six.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort has spacious family suites that can accommodate a party of six, including having two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The
Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are also pretty sweet, with a full kitchen and cool bunk beds.
Wishing you a wonderful vacation, Ashley!
Anna
