Mom and child as pirates on Castaway Cay

    I found my pictures from the recent cruise my family took. I cannot find a download all button on my phone when I select all. When I download them on my computer, it saves them as zipped jpeg files that I still have to download individually. Help!

    Welcome to planDisney. I hope you had the most magical time on your recent Disney Cruise Line sailing. I'm also glad to hear you took advantage of the photo packages while onboard. It's a great way to relive all those magical memories once you're back on dry land!

    When it's time to download my photos from a Disney Cruise Line vacation or even a Walt Disney World Resort trip, I find it easiest to do so from my computer vs. my phone. Navigate to the Disney Cruise Line website and select the "Already Booked" tab at the top of your screen. Scroll down to "My Cruise Photos" and log in using your Castaway Club ID. Click the checkmark on the first photo and you should notice a "Select All Visible Media" button appear toward the top of your screen. Select that and complete the download process. You may notice your photos download as batches into a few different zipped folders depending on how many images were captured on your sailing, but you won't have to download each photo individually. Simply unzip each folder and save that group of photos to the desired location on your computer. Be sure to do this before your images expire which occurs 45 days after they are captured. If you run into any issues or still need additional assistance you can request support via email as well.

    Now that you've completed at least one Disney Cruise Line sailing you're an official member of the Castaway Club. This will offer benefits on your next voyage like advance booking for onboard adventures and maybe even a special welcome-back gift in your Stateroom.
