Ahoy Chelsea!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A long time ago in a galaxy far away, Darth Goofy declared that Jedi robes and Storm Trooper armor are completely acceptable for all guests onboard
Disney Cruise Line.
It is important to follow the
guidelines for costumes for the safety of all guests onboard. Costumes must be family friendly, not obstructive or objectionable, offensive or violent. You will also want to review the
prohibited items list to ensure the Emperor does not add anything to his personal arsenal that you bring onboard which is not approved such as toys or props that resemble guns, knives or other weapons.
If you are channeling your inner Kylo Ren, you cannot wear your mask while moving about the ship. The only time a mask can be worn is during a photo opportunity at a
character meet and greet. Also, no matter how strong you are with the force, guests are not allowed to pose for pictures or sign autographs while dressed as a character.
I hope you enjoy your time onboard the Millennium Falcon in the
Oceaneer Club on the
Disney Dream! It truly is a sight to see!
No matter if you follow the light side or dark side of the force, be sure to check out select sailings that offer a
Star Wars Day at Sea! These cruises are an epic adventure for all Star Wars fans!
May the force be with you! Angie
