what format is required for the pictures for the online check in?

    Anchors aweigh, Chistina!

Thank you for bringing your important question to planDisney! We want to help you have what you need so your Online Check-In is smooth sailing, so let's get going!

Currently, the image file formats are JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG. You need to submit photos of your passport or Government-issued ID and birth certificate, and a security photo. For your security photo, submit a recent, forward-facing, color photo without filters or glare. Remember, this photo should be different from the photo on your Government-issued ID. Once you upload it, you will be able to size the photo. Once you submit the photos, they must be processed and accepted, so don't worry when the status says "Pending Approval."

Remember, you don't have to complete the entire check-in process at once, but most Guests like to select their Port Arrival Time as soon as possible. So, be sure to have your onboard account payment information and arrival/departure plans ready. If you are traveling with children, you will need to provide debarkation information and you can register them for Youth Clubs or Childcare

I hope this information is helpful, Chistina. Sail back by any time with other questions.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
