Thanks for bringing another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alison!
Acceptable forms of valid ID for the purchase of alcoholic beverages include an original passport or copy of the passport and a Government-issued photo ID (that indicates both name and date of birth for the passport holder). Copies of passports can be either paper copies or copies captured on mobile devices, but must be presented with a photo ID since foreign driver’s licenses or ID cards are not acceptable by themselves. This policy applies throughout
Walt Disney World Resort.
While you’ll find a wide variety of adult beverages throughout Walt Disney World Resort’s
Theme Parks,
Water Parks, official
Walt Disney World Resort hotels and
Disney Springs, since you’re arriving in September, you will definitely want to check out the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. One of the most exciting components of the Festival is its
Beverage Seminars. Advance reservations are highly encouraged for these 45-minute Seminars, but you can easily check availability online.
If you’re interested in enjoying alcoholic beverages from the various pavilions around
Epcot (or in any of the
restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort), you can also check out a website called Barnivore to determine whether or not the beverage is vegan.
Enjoy your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, Alison! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with as you plan.
