Greetings, John, and welcome to planDisney! I always get excited when international guests plan
Walt Disney World Resort visits because it really is a small world, after all. It sounds like you're looking for a missing dining reservation, so let's do some troubleshooting.
When you made the dining reservation, it was probably linked to the account you were signed into. So, my first suggestion is to ensure you're logged into the correct My Disney Experience account. If you made the reservation over the phone or inside a theme park, you'll need the confirmation number to link it to your account, so perhaps it's in an email you received from Disney.
If none of these steps solve the mystery, you can try the chat feature in your
mobile app. You might have to do some searching, but on my app here in the States, "Chat With Us" is under the Help & Feedback section near the bottom of the Welcome screen. You can enter your question about your reservation and the Cast Member will probably ask for dates and other details to help track it down.
My final suggestion is to contact
Disney Dining, but international rates will apply to the US number. They will also need to know the email linked to your account and a date range for the meal in question. I'm sending pixie dust and clocks so you'll find the details for your reservation in time!
I recently discovered the ease of
mobile ordering at quick-service restaurants at Walt Disney World. You can review menus, choose a return time, and even pay on your app. I enjoy a good table-service meal, but mobile ordering delicious food is at your fingertips when you're on the go!
John, I hope your next Disney holiday is full of magic and yummy meals. Please stop by
planDisney anytime! Cheerio!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
