    If I forgot to get a picture from a ride, how can I retrieve them if I left the park but I am going back the next day?

    Hello Gilbert, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Reminiscing about all the fun of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation through your Disney PhotoPass photos is a great way to keep the magic going after your visit.  You certainly don't want to be missing any of your memories!

    Guests who wear a MagicBand while visiting Walt Disney World Theme Parks will have their ride and attraction photos and videos "automagically" link to their My Disney Experience account.  Guests using admission cards should use the touchpoints in the photo display area at the exit to an attraction to retrieve their photos.

    If you realize you are missing photos, the best way to try to recover them is to contact Disney PhotoPass Service by filling out the online help form.  Include the date and location photos were taken, approximate time, and any details you can provide about the photo, such as a description of the guests in the photo and the clothing they were wearing.  You can also upload another photo taken the same day of the people in the missing photo.  Disney PhotoPass Cast Members will do their best to locate your missing photos, and the more information you can provide the better.
