Disney PhotoPass photos can be downloaded up to 45 days from the date they're taken. Since it appears as though you're well within the timeframe, I'm hoping that this is a simple solution for you! Knowing the date, time, and location will be very helpful in locating your missing photo. All you need to do is
contact the team at Disney PhotoPass service and report the missing photo. This team will be happy to do everything they can to locate it and connect it to your account! This would be my preferred method, but you are also welcome to contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300.
