    I forgot to have. Photographer scan my magic band. Can I still get that picture somehow if I know day, time and location?

    Oh boy! It sounds like you've just returned from a magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort. This is the most wonderful time of the year with cooler temperatures and a whisper of the holidays in the air. I hope you've come home with many happy memories! My favorite way to hold on to those memories is through photos, and I'd love to help you with your missing Disney PhotoPass photo.

    Danielle, Disney PhotoPass photos can be downloaded up to 45 days from the date they're taken. Since it appears as though you're well within the timeframe, I'm hoping that this is a simple solution for you! Knowing the date, time, and location will be very helpful in locating your missing photo. All you need to do is contact the team at Disney PhotoPass service and report the missing photo. This team will be happy to do everything they can to locate it and connect it to your account! This would be my preferred method, but you are also welcome to contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300.
