I forgot my magical bands home how can i replace it

Welcome to planDisney, Lidiane! We've got you!

First things first: do not worry at all! While it may be disappointing to have left your MagicBand at home (we've all been there), there are plenty of solutions. So let's go through them!

    • Use the Disney MagicMobile Service. Download the My Disney Experience mobile app, log in, and select the 3 horizontal lines (☰) at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Select "My Tickets & Passes," and you should see your ticket listed here. Select "Save to Wallet," click the plus (+) sign in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the prompts to add your pass to your phone's wallet. If you don't have your ticket linked to your account, when you visit the "My Tickets & Passes" page on the mobile app, select the plus (+) in the upper right-hand corner, click on "Link Tickets & Passes," and follow the prompts from there. I usually use the "Type ID" option to enter my ticket ID number when linking.
    • Ask Guest Relations outside one of the theme parks for a card, sometimes referred to as a "Key to the World Card." This will include your theme park ticket. You can use this card to get into the theme parks!
    • Ask the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel for a card to open your hotel room door. You can also do this with your My Disney Experience mobile app by clicking the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner (these 3 lines are everything!), scrolling down and selecting "Hotel Reservations," and then selecting "Unlock Door."
    • Purchase a brand-new MagicBand. There are plenty of merchandise locations around the resort, very likely including the gift shop at your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, that carry these magical accessories. You can then go into the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on those 3 horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner (here they are again!), scroll down and click on "Link to Account," and follow the prompts. If it's a MagicBand+, you will likely need to perform updates and it is recommended that it be fully charged before use. However, if you don't have time to charge it, it will usually still perform the necessary functions of tapping into your hotel room, opening your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room door, and charging items back to your hotel room. It may just be limited in interacting with the parks until it's fully charged!
    • Ask a friendly Cast Member for help. The Walt Disney World Resort is a magical place...but it's only that magical because of Cast Members. They not only make the magic, they are the magic. And they are some of the most helpful, knowledgeable people out there. Always ask if you have a question. They will get the answer for you.
Lidiane, don't let this little hiccup affect anything about your trip. The MagicBand you left at home will likely help you access the magic on your next trip. This one is magical in its own way. Let it be magical. And enjoy it all.

If you have any other questions, I'm happy to help!

    The magic is calling,
