I forgot to drop off my excess and deactivated magic bands when I last visited the resorts at Disneyworld (I am a DVC member). Is there some place I can mail them to so they can get recycled?

    "Welcome home," Christopher!

It's always great to chat with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member and I'm glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question. Christopher, I appreciate that, like the Walt Disney Company's pledge toward environmental sustainability, you're looking for ways to reduce, reuse and in this case recycle your MagicBands.

Unfortunately there isn't an address to mail deactivated MagicBands to at this time. You would be welcome to hold onto those MagicBands until your next trip "home" OR you could get creative and display your bands. I have heard of MagicBands as Christmas tree garland, displayed as memorabilia in photo frames and used to create Disney wreaths to hang on your front door.

Christopher, while this likely isn't the information you were hoping to hEAR, I do hope it helps as you're determining what to do with those deactivated MagicBands.

Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions and from one Disney Vacation Club Member to another, wishing you a lifetime of Magical moments,
