I have a foot problem so I can't walk for too many hours at a time. I don't need a wheelchair but I do need to take breaks from walking from time to time. Is there places where I can sit and wait while my kids get on the rides.

Hi, Susana! Walt Disney World has ample places for Guests to sit and wait for their families to ride the attractions. You will find seats (sometimes benches or raised planters) near the exits of rides.  Finding a place to rest your foot should not be a problem at all.  Just make sure your party knows where you will be waiting so that precious time isn't lost trying to reconnect.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
