I see that the food and wine festival will be going on during the week we are at disney. How much time should be alloted for this? I personally enjoy wine, but want this trip to be about my daughter and don't want my time there to take away from something

Great question! I used to feel exactly the same way when my daughters were younger, and we didn't spend much time in Epcot because of that.

I am pleased to tell you that things have changed! Your daughter will love the new Phineas & Ferb Agent P's World Showcase Adventure, which very conveniently takes place right amongst the Food & Wine Festival booths. Your child will receive a cool F.O.N.E. (Field Operative Notification Equipment) and set off on a mission to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz in one of seven different countries. This is a great way to keep her occupied and enthusiastic about exploring, while you get a chance to do the same!

Beyond the game, there are also two boat rides (in Mexico and Norway), craft stations, street performers, a cool hedge maze (in the UK), and lots of other fun for kids of all ages.

Epcot can be a difficult place to entertain toddlers, but that is not the case with older children, and I think you will be very pleasantly surprised!

    Have a great vacation!
