Boo to you, Elsa!
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite events at the
Walt Disney World Resort. So let's get to your question!
I absolutely love talking about
Disney food. While
some details have been released about this year's party, exact food offerings have not. Typically, a Foodie Guide on
Disney Parks Blog is released just before the first party, which this year is August 7, 2026. You can take a look at
last year's guide for an idea of what
might be offered. Just keep in mind that the resort keeps things fresh and exciting by changing up its offerings each year, so there's no guarantee that a treat from last year will be offered again.
Now, while the resort is wickedly good with sweet treats, they've been really upping their game when it comes to savory snacks as well. On party nights, I typically eat a light lunch beforehand and then snack my way around the party. I bookmark that Foodie Guide and jot down a few things I'm interested in on a shared note with my group. We sometimes even make it a checklist. I simply put the treat and the location, and while I'm running around trick-or-treating, watching entertainment, and riding attractions with typically lower wait times, I check the note to see what's nearby in between. This way, I'm all fueled up so I can stay until the bitter end (I always catch the last Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular show).
Elsa, happy snacking! And remember, if you're visiting the resort on August 27, 2026, or later (until November 21, 2026), the snacking can continue at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Be sure to follow along with Disney Parks Blog for menus for that event, too! And if you have any other questions,
you've got a friend in me.
Happy haunting,
Matt
