Ahoy Evan!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. As a mom of two, I know just how important it is to keep my crew of Neverland pirates well-fed; because everyone is happier when their Tick-Tock Crocodile bellies are full. Luckily for you,
Disney Fantasy and
Disney Dream, which both feature the beautiful adult-only restaurant Remy, have plenty of options for keeping your kid's hunger at bay.
When we sailed on Disney Dream last year, my duo stayed fueled with daily stops at
Flo’s Cafe on Deck 11. Whether they were in the mood for Luigi's pizza, or burgers and hot dogs from Tow Mater's Grill they had plenty of options to enjoy poolside or to take back to our Stateroom to enjoy on the Verandah. If those options aren't their idea of pirate treasure you'll also be able to order
complimentary room service for your kids to eat while you and your wife get ready for a well-deserved date night at
Remy. I know I'm already jealous of the incredible french-inspired cuisine you'll be dining on that evening, so I'd recommend requesting a few Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bars for your kids to sweeten the deal.
Room service is
available 24 hours a day so you'll be able to order late-night snacks after your meal, or at any time during your voyage. One of our favorite traditions is to order warm chocolate chip cookies and milk on the final night of our sailing. It helps send us all off toward the second star to the right with full tummies and sweet dreams.
You'll be able to view menus for all dining locations on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App so be sure to download that in advance of your sailing. Cruise on back to us with more planning questions as you prepare for your magical vacation. We'd love to help!
Bon Voyage,
Amy
