Are all food courts created equal? I know that all the moderate hotels have food courts (a HUGE selling point for my fam of wiggle worms) but wanted to know if they all served the same type of food-POFQ serves same things as CBR,etc?

The moderate resort food courts are actually fairly different from each other. Coronado Springs resort in particular has a number of dishes that are not available elsewhere.

The menus of the various Disney restaurants are readily available online. My suggestion is that you visit the independent website allears.net. Click on the Walt Disney World button at the top and scroll down to "dining." From there, you'll see links to all the menus. You can see exactly would be most appealing to your family. Another great resource is DisneyFoodBlog.com. Disney Food Blog is a photo-intensive site, so you can see pictures of many of the dishes mentioned in the articles. Often that helps in the decision-making process. (Full disclosure, I have written for both these websites.)

Good luck with your planning and enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World.
