Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Megan!
In my experience, the Special Diets chefs at
Walt Disney World Resort have really gone out of their way to ensure that every Guest gets the best dining experience they possibly can. This is also true for Dinner Shows like the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and shared dining experiences like the
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. In both of those cases, Guests with food allergies or special diets are given the opportunity to consult with the chef onsite and then are brought their own specially-prepared plate.
To make sure the chefs will have everything they need to make your son’s dining experience as Magical as possible, I would strongly encourage you to
reach out to the Special Diets team to let them know about his dietary restrictions and the date(s) you’ll be enjoying those two dining experiences. The more advance notice they have, the more likely they are to be able to make that Magic happen for your little one.
Until then, please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer to help make your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation as Magical as it can be.
