I have a follow-up question to an answer I received from Erin F., NY. I am to go to guest relations or a ticket window to work out the details of a Park Hopper issued in 1999. Are there several locations? Can this be done prior to going to the park?

    Hi again Becky,

You may be able to get your ticket issues settled at your hotel. Speak with the Concierge Desk there and they may be able to assist you. However, you may also find that the cast members staffing the Concierge Desk don't have the proper training to do this. If so, you can go to any park guest relations office or ticket window to get your 1999 ticket converted or applied to current ticket media.

There are ticket windows outside all four theme parks and the Transportation and Ticket Center. There are guests relations offices both outside and inside all four theme parks, including Epcot's back entrance, as well as at the Marketplace section of Downtown Disney. The external ticket and guest relations offices all open about an hour before the park does, so if you show up early, you should be able to get everything handled prior to opening time.

Let me know if you need any further clarification. We're happy to help!
