Of the following resorts, which will have the shortest travel time to the Magic Kingdom: (1) Pop Century (2) Port Orleans (3) Swan (4) Dolphin (5) Wilderness Lodge

Hi Stacy! I like your multiple choice question -- it makes me feel like I'm back in school taking a pop quiz! Of the resorts you named, the Wilderness Lodge is the closest to the Magic Kingdom. You can be at the Magic Kingdom in 10 to 15 minutes from the Wilderness Lodge by boat or bus. The proximity to the Magic Kingdom at a lesser cost than the monorail resorts is one of my favorite features of the Wilderness Lodge. If being close to the Magic Kingdom is important to you, I'd recommend you pick this resort over the others.

The Port Orleans Resort is a little farther away; the bus ride to the Magic Kingdom takes close to 20 minutes. The Swan and Dolphin Resorts are also about a 20 minute bus ride away from the Magic Kingdom. (The Swan and Dolphin Resorts are, however, very conveniently located near Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can walk to Epcot in about 10 minutes and take a boat to Hollywood Studios in about 15.)

The Pop Century is just a tad farther than the others; the trip to the Magic Kingdom may take 25 minutes from the Pop.

Hope this helps you narrow down your choices! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
