following your answers I booked 1night GFR and 3nights at Contemporary. But first night no tickets, can I have them send my stuff from one to the other and head down to the park, or do I have to go to the contemp and check in for the tickets?

    Hi, Sofia!

You've certainly chosen two fabulous Disney Resorts for your vacation! Yes, you can absolutely request that Bell Services at the Grand Floridian transfer your luggage for you over to the Contemporary. Once your bags are transferred, they will be held for you by Bell Services at the Contemporary. You will need to stop by the Contemporary's Front Desk to check in and pick up your Key to the World card (room key and theme park tickets) before heading to Magic Kingdom or another park. The easiest way to do this using Disney transportation is to hop on the monorail (platform is located outside the 2nd floor of the Grand Floridian lobby) and ride two stops to the Contemporary. Then, depending on which park you plan to visit first, you can either jump back on the monorail (to Magic Kingdom or Epcot) or take a bus (to Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom).

I highly recommend doing Online Check-In on the Disney website up to 60 days prior to your arrival -- this will expedite your check-in process at both the Grand Floridian and Contemporary and will definitely save you time!

Enjoy your stay at these two incredible resorts! Be sure to come back and visit us again here on the Moms Panel with any other questions. We love to help Guests plan magical vacations!
