Do you folks know if there are bunk beds for kids at Kidani Village or Bay Lake Towers? We have 7 year old twins (boy/girl) who do not like sharing a bed and bunk beds would be perfect. Thanks.

    Hi Marguerite!

Currently, the only Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Villas to offer bunk beds are the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. A Treehouse Villa will sleep up to eight Guests, while offering you all the comforts of home with a rustic, camping-like feeling. I’ll bet twin 7 year olds would love the idea of staying in a Treehouse Villa!

I  do have a few other ideas  that might work for your family. Deluxe Studio accommodations at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, The Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows feature a queen size bed, sleeper sofa and a pull-down bunk suitable for a child, One Bedroom Villas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village and Jambo House, Disney’s Bay Lake Tower and Disney’s Old Key West also offer a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa, but instead of the pull-down bunk, they have a sleeper chair. Any of these options would allow each child a separate sleeping space!

While they are not Villas, another option would be that you could book a standard resort room with bunk beds at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House or at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

As the mother of four kids, I know how those bedtime squabbles about who sleeps where can ruin an otherwise peaceful bedtime routine. I hope one of these room options will offer you the flexibility and space that you are looking for. Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions I can help you with.

    Wishing you sibling sanity!
