We are flying to WDW with two toddlers, ages 2 and 4 then off to catch a Disney cruise at Port Canaveral. How do I arrange transfers to the port from WDW then from the ship after the cruise to the Orlando International Airport?

Welcome aboard, Sandra! You must be so excited to set sail with Captain Mickey and his crew.
I'm glad you're looking to book Disney Cruise Line's ground transfers from your resort at Walt Disney World to Port Canaveral and then back to the airport after your cruise. It really is the easiest and most relaxing way to begin and end your trip. Disney takes care of all the details, so you can simply relax on the motor coach. My family loves to try our hand at the Disney trivia on the television screens onboard, and then our kiddos unwind as they watch the classic Disney cartoons while we make our way to Port Canaveral.
To book these transfers, simply call Disney Cruise Line at 800-951-3532, and have your reservation number ready. They will arrange for the motor coach to meet you at your resort sometime between 11:00 and 1:00 on the day you set sail. You'll receive a letter in your resort room the night before letting you know the exact meeting time. Normally, when we've used this service, our luggage is picked up about 8:00 a.m. from our resort room, and we simply keep our day bags with us then board the motor coach around noon. That gives us more of the morning to enjoy breakfast and exploring at the resort before it is time to head to the port. It couldn't be easier! Plus, the port check-in is much less crowded by the time you arrive, so you can usually walk right onto the ship without a wait.
Onboard, take advantage of onboard airline check-in to save you time at the airport. Once your cruise comes to an end and you disembark, there are motor coaches leaving the port on a continuous basis heading for the airport. Keep in mind that Disney suggests that only those with flights departing after 11:30 a.m. use the ground transfers.
    Happy planning!
