Ahoy there, Binghua! Thanks so much for sailing over to planDisney--I'm so glad you found us! An adventure on
Disney Cruise Line is always a wonderful idea, and I'm happy to help with your question to help get your (Donald) ducks in a row before your trip.
The Disney Wonder holds a special place in my heart, as our family enjoyed our first DCL adventure (and our first cruise ever) aboard the ship. The Wonder turned 25 this year and offers so many magical experiences for sailors of all ages! This ship (as well as the Disney Magic, the OG member of the fleet) is a bit smaller, which I really like as it makes it easier to navigate.
Binghua, it's great that you're planning ahead! It appears that you've already discovered that drones are on the list of
prohibited items for Disney Cruise Line sailings. All you will need to do is declare the drone to the staff at the port before departure, and they will hold it for you to pick up after you disembark at the end of the cruise. I've seen an assortment of clothes steamers and other restricted items awaiting their owners, so it's not a unique situation!
While you're onboard the Wonder, you'll enjoy delicious dining options (our family loves Tiana's Place) and amazing entertainment every night during your cruise. You will not want to miss the live shows--
Frozen, A Musical Spectacular is a particular favorite of ours!
I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, Binghua! Thanks again for visiting planDisney, and please stop by again anytime if we can help with any other questions to add a little extra pixie dust to your adventures at sea!
