Flying into Disney this September. We are planning on going to MK the last day, flight does not leave until 4:30 p.m. What time would you recommend leaving the park to make it to the airport in time to check in and get to our flight? Thanks for your help!

Hi, Candra!  You are a woman after my own heart, trying to squeeze in every last bit of magic before you have to head back to the real world!

It can take about an hour to get to the Orlando International Airport from the Magic Kingdom, and you should plan to arrive at least an hour to an hour and a half before your flight if you are traveling domestically.  I would plan to leave around two o'clock to make sure you get there on time and clear security.

    Have a wonderful trip!
