We are flying to Disney, but we are not sure if we should rent a car. We will be there the 2nd week of September and I have heard mixed reviews on the transportation. Keep in mind we are traveling with a 2 year old and staying at the art of animation.

    Hi Melissa,

Welcome back and thank you for asking us another great question.  September is one of my favorite times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.  The historically lighter crowds and cooler weather make fall vacations feel practically perfect.

Everyone has an opinion on this matter and there are pros and cons to each side, but I happen to love the ease and convenience of the complimentary resort transportation and have never felt the need to rent our own car. Even when traveling with my little ones my experience has always been great.  Sure there is the occasional waiting, but as long as you are prepared and give yourself a little extra time, you'll have no problems.  I just adore being chauffeured around and leaving the driving to someone else.

I hope this helps you make your decision.  Should you need anything else, please let me know.  Have a wonderful vacation with your little adventurer.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
