Are flotation devices allowed in water parks i.e. life vests and arm bubbles? And if so can we use the hotels lifevests at the water parks or do we have to bring our own? Thanks for all your helpful answers. With your help this trip is going to be great!

    Hi Trisha,

I hope you have a wonderful time at the Walt Disney World Resorts! The water parks are a great way to cool off from the hot Florida sun!

Complimentary life vests are available at both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. They generally are found with the locker rental but check with a cast member for the exact location. They may even make a special kiosk depending on the season.

You can bring arm floats with you as well as floatation devices which attach closely to the body.

One tip, for younger children head to Blizzard Beach because there are more family rides and kid areas. For older children, head to Typhoon Lagoon for a fabulous wave pool and water coasters.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
