I have a Florida Residents Silver Pass that does not expire until 1/15/19. Can I upgrade it now? If so, what will that cost, and can I do it on line or do I have to do it at one of the parks?

    Hi Jacquelyn!

Upgrading an Annual Pass is a great way to make even more of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Luckily, even though it is so early, you can upgrade your Annual Pass now!  Unfortunately, to upgrade your pass this early, you will need to visit either a ticketing window or a Guest Relations location in person.  There are Guest Relations locations at each of the four theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, and even the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex!

If you upgrade your current Annual Pass, you will just have to pay the difference in price between your current Annual Pass and the Annual Pass to which you would like to upgrade.  Remember, when you upgrade, your expiration date will remain the same.  This means that your upgraded Annual Pass will still expire on January 15, 2019.

If you decide to wait until you renew your Passholder status to upgrade your Annual Pass, you can do this online, in person at a ticketing window or Guest Relations location, or over the phone at 407-560-PASS, or 407-560-7277.  Remember, if you are using the Monthly Payment Program for Florida Residents, you will either need to renew online or in person.

Make sure you check out all of the incredible Passholder Extras and Passholder Benefits currently available at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
