    We are Florida residents. We currently have tickets but would like to convert to the PIRATE PASS. Do we lose our current reservations if we upgrade to the Pirate Pass? finally can we park hop with the new Pirate Pass?

    James, I contacted a Cast Member at Annual Passes and was told that Guests would indeed lose their current Disney Park Pass reservations linked to theme park tickets during the upgrade. But Hakuna Matata, it means no worries because you have two options to make sure you’re still able to enter the theme parks during the dates of your reservations! One option I would recommend is either checking Theme Park Reservation Availability for the days you’re already reserved so you can re-book them when you upgrade. Another would be to wait to upgrade to the Disney Pirate Pass at a Guest Relations inside the parks, during the last day of your ticket prior to park closing. That way, you can still apply the value of the ticket to your Annual Pass because it wouldn’t have fully been used by then.
